The Eastsound Sewer & Water District bills for sewer service on a classification of use basis and mails billing statements monthly, generally on the last day of the month, for that months usage. Charges are due by the 25th of the month and Late Fees are assessed on all accounts with past due balances when the current months charges are posted. Within the coming year, the Eastsound Sewer & Water District will be working on an upgrade to its utility billing software "WaterWare" which will include the ability to email customers billing statements. The District is also investigating the possibility of implementing the customers ability to make automatic payments and in the future the ability to make on-line payments using our new web site.
