Dear Eastsound Sewer & Water District Customer,
We are asking for your assistance. There have not been enough surveys returned and a high response rate is necessary for the survey to be considered valid; therefore, it is very important that surveys are completed and returned. If the required number of surveys are not returned, RCAC is planning to conduct a door-to-door survey of the community.
This survey is about your Household Gross Annual Income for 2020. We are requesting this information so the Eastsound Sewer & Water District can apply to the various state and federal funding programs for wastewater system improvements to address wastewater collection system challenges. The survey response should include all people who reside in the household for at least six months of the year. The time does not need to be consecutive.
